Dave’s Favorite: Gingerbread with Lemon Sauce and Whipped Cream
I found this recipe years ago in a small Betty Crocker cookbook while waiting in line at Dominicks (remember that grocery store?) and now it is my go-to quick cake recipe. I usually swap out the lemon sauce and whip cream with a quick almond glaze (powdered sugar, milk and a splash of almond extract). View recipe here!
